		<description>All along I&#039;m thinking banh mi, banh mi!  (not that I&#039;ve ever had an authentic one)  When I went to make the pickled radish for a banh mi I couldn&#039;t find daikon (of course) and just used a plain old red radish, which I didn&#039;t really like, thus forgoing future pickled radishes on my sandwiches.  How does the taste of this compare to a red radish?</description>
